1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the M. E - Other Machineries and Equipment Cont. & Mayor-s Office - Other Supplies intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱ 137,600.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract stated. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
