Description : 1. The Philippine Army, through its Appropriation based on Fiscal Year 2024 in the quantity and amount as indicated below:
ASA Nr 2200-2025-0363 dated 17 June 2025 with Fund Source RA 11975 - MOOE (Continuing) amounting to ONE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 117,895,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABCs) to payments for the procurement of 1,241 rounds Cartridge, 76mm: High Explosive-Tracer for the Philippine Army under Bid Ref. No. ORD PABAC2-058-24. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
