Description : 1. The Philippine Army, through its Appropriation based on the Fiscal Year 2024 General Appropriations Act (RA11975) in the quantity and amount as indicated below:
Advice of Sub-allotment (ASA) Number 2200-2025-0071 from GAA FY 2024 (RA 11975) - Capital Outlay Expense dated 21 January 2025 amounting to FIVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND (PHP5,625,000.00) (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABCs) to payments for the procurement of Multi-Purpose Water Dolly, Trailer Type (1,000L Cap) under Bid Ref. No. ORD PABAC2-048-24. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
