Description : 1. The Philippine Army, through the Advice Sub Allotment (ASA) Nr 2200-2025-0319 dated 29 May 2025, intends to apply the following sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Spare Parts for Repair and Maintenance of Mission Essential Engineering Equipment under ORD PABAC2-027-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
