Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through Certification of Fund FY 2026 National Expenditure Program signed by COL GEOFFREY M CARANDANG GSC (INF) PA, AC of S for Financial Management G10, intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Million Pesos (450,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the procurement of Medium Multi-Purpose Assault Weapon (MMAW) with Precision Guided Munition (PGM), for the Philippine Army. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in the bid opening.
