Description : 1) The Philippine Army, through NGA, National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE PESOS (PhP473,266,733.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the procurement of one (1) lot of Various Small Arms Ammunition for the Philippine Army as indicated below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected in bid opening.
