Description : 1. The Philippine Army, through its Appropriation based on Fiscal Year 2025 in the quantity and amount as indicated below:
ASA Nr 2200-2025-0099 dated 24 January 2025 with Fund Source RA 12116 amounting to TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ONLY (Php236,191,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABCs) to payments for the procurement of 1,439 rounds Projectile, 155mm: High Explosive for the Philippine Army under Bid Ref. No. ORD PABAC2 007-25. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
