Description : 1. The Philippine Army, through its Appropriation based on Fiscal Year 2025 in the quantity and amount as indicated below:
ASA Nr 2200-2025-0098 dated 24 January 2025 with Fund Source RA 12116 amounting to TWO HUNDRED FORTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS ONLY (Php 249,985,120.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABCs) to payments for the procurement of 1,517 rounds Cartridge, 105mm: HE ER BB for the Philippine Army under Bid Ref. No. ORD PABAC2 006-25. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
