Description : 1. The BASES CONVERSION AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (BCDA), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Million Pesos (Php100,000,000.00), inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees, and charges, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Operations and Maintenance Service Provider for New Clark City Sports Facilities, with Project Identification No. BG2025-269. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. BCDA now invites bids for the Operations and Maintenance Service Provider for New Clark City Sports Facilities. Delivery of the Goods and services is for a period of 13.5 Months. The Bidder-s SLCC, similar to the contract to be bid, should have been completed within Five (5) years prior to the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids.

The bidder may submit One (1) Similar contract amounting to at least 50% of the project ABC
