Opening of Roads at Government Complex, Brgy. Talisay, Lipa City
Project Identification Number-2025-12-2029

1. The City Government of Lipa, through CY 2026 Annual Appropriation intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos only (P25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OPENING OF ROADS AT GOVERNMENT COMPLEX, BRGY. TALISAY, LIPA CITY, with Project Identification Number-2025-12-2029.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Lipa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Ten (210) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.

Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
