Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) through the GSIS Corporate Operating Budget for Calendar Year 2021 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php8,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project Online Recruitment Portal and Application Management System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The GSIS now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Project. Bidders should have completed within the past five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar to the Project.
Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the GBAC Secretariat on or before 09 January 2023, 12:00NN at the GBAC Secretariat, Level 2 Core G, GSIS Headquarters Building, Financial Center, Pasay City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
