Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
ONE YEAR - QUARTERLY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF 4 UNIT ELEVATOR (BID NO. 0179)

1. The City of Iloilo, through the Repair & Maintenance Machinery Equipment: Office Equipment - Building Administrator intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (₱710,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the One-Year Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Service of 4 Unit Elevator. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required effective upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed until December 2025. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
