Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR ONE YEAR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF DICT-FIBER OPTIC CABLE (FOC) FACILITIES AT CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA
The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region III, through the FY 2025 Fund in the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (₱3,764,250.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ONE YEAR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF DICT-FIBER OPTIC CABLE (FOC) FACILITIES AT CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA with Bid Reference No. BAC-2024-028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
DICT Region 3 is now inviting bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Service is required within five (5) calendar days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
