1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (P 240,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the One Time Preventive Maintenance of Various Hospital Equipments of ELJMH. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.

2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
