Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR ONE-TIME PIN (OTP) SERVICES
(ITB-NGPA-SSS-GOODS-2025-003)

1) The Social Security System (SSS), through the Approved 2025 Corporate Operating Budget - Maintenance and Other Operating Expense (MOOE) with Code PAP 2025-0557, Update for the month of August 2025 of the Annual Procurement Plan, intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Four Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Seven and 84/100 Pesos (₱64,680,477.84), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One-Time PIN (OTP) Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The SSS now invites bids for One-Time PIN (OTP) Services. Delivery of the Goods is within thirteen (13) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed and Signed Contract. Bidders should have completed, within the period of five (5) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
