1. The West Visayas State University Medical Center, through the Use of Income Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (PhP 875,900.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for the One Lot Supplying Labor for Semi Annual General Cleaning and Preventive Maintenance Service of Split Type Airconditioning Units. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The West Visayas State University Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 1st PMS - 45 Calendar Days after receipt of NTP and upon approval of Work Permit and 2nd PMS - 6 months after the 1st PMS.
