SECTION I. INVITATION TO BID
ONE LOT SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOP, DESKTOP AND PRINTERS
1. The LGU-Tunga, Leyte, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1- 2025 in the amount of Php611, 663.74 & Continuing Capital Outlay 2023 in the amount of Php70,000.00 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos and Seventy-Four Centavos Only (Php681,663.74) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the above stated contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above stated goods shall be in accordance with the delivery schedule under Section VI, Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three (2) years prior to the date of Bid Opening a contract similar to the Project.
