The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), through its Bicol Regional Office (BRO) as per delegated authority per Special Bids and Committee (SBAC) Resolution No. 2026-002, intends to procure “One Lot Supply and Delivery of Furniture and Fixtures for the New NBI Bicol Regional Office” with an Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) in the amount of One Million One Hundred and Twenty-Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred And Twenty-Four Pesos (Php 1,127,824.00), for FY 2025 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).
