INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE LOT NON-LETHAL EQUIPMENT
1) The Philippine National Police, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Seven Hundred Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty-Five Pesos (PhP30,709,145.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of One Lot Non-Lethal Equipment under Public Bidding No. LSS2026D-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine National Police now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of One Lot Non-Lethal Equipment under Public Bidding No. LSS2026D-02. Delivery of the Goods is required within 75 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
