Description : 1. The West Visayas State University Medical Center, through the Use of Income Fund (Unexpended 2023) intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Pesos Only (PhP 13,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One Lot Materials, Installation, Functional/Operational Testing of Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) and Smoke Control System (IB No. 24-39). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The West Visayas State University Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
