One Lot Consulting Services for the Engagement of Project Management Office for Project Direction, Oversight, Monitoring, and Governance

1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center, through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Request for Expression of Interest REI No.: 2025-117. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center now calls for the submission of Eligibility Documents for the One Lot Consulting Services for Engagement of Project Management Office for Project Direction, Oversight, Monitoring, and Governance.
