The Province of ) Guimaras, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 Construction of OPD Complex intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Eight Million, Four Hundred Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Seven Pesos Only and 479/100 (Php 28,411,527.479 )being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract One Job Supply of Materials and Labor for Construction of Out Patient Department (OPD) Complex for Buenavista Emergency Hospital s(Phase II) with technical person and equipment required. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
