  1)The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 SUPPLEMENTAL SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND BUDGET NO.2 intends to apply the sum of P1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One Job Order for the CONSTRUCTION OF DAY CARE CENTER LOCATED AT BRGY. ANONANG, SITIO MALUPO, BANSALAN, DAVAO DEL SUR (C-028-26). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2)The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is require 60 Calendar Days Contract Duration. Bidders should have completed, for the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, (ITB).
