all in accordance to plans, specifications and scope of work and the Green Procurement Policy as adopted by Executive Order No. 30 series of 2019

1.The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET - SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND intends to apply the sum of P1,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No. C-132-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by 60 Calendar Days Contract Duration.
