Description : -Subscribes to ten (10) bottles of 5-gallon purified water per day, delivered five times a week
-Lends bottles at no cost, with empty bottles returned upon delivery.
-Provides 18 hot/cold water dispensers and maintenance of 2 bottom load maintenance, at no cost.
-Additional dispensers, upon request, are free with approval.
-Replacement of water containers if quality is unsatisfactory.
-Monthly maintenance services free of charge.
-Unserviceable units within 24 hours, if serviced on non-working days
-Monthly bacteriological test reports for water quality assurance.
-Food-grade plastic, tamper-proof, dent-free, and properly sealed water containers
-Delivery every Saturday at 7:00 AM at designated drop-off area and/or upon notice from the end-user
-Regular onsite cleaning and maintenance of water dispensers.
-Submission of copy of most recent microbiological test or any related documents results from Department of Health accredited laboratory or any government Agency that conduct the same test
