Description : BRIEF DECRIPTION

Procurement of One (1) Year Subscription of Learning Management System (LMS). To strengthen the Anti-Money Laundering Council's (AMLC) information campaign aimed at educating the public, the Capacity Building Staff (CBS) is procuring an LMS to host and deliver the agency's distance learning programs to covered persons.

The approved Budget for the procurement of the aforesaid subscription is Four Hundred Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven and 40/100 Pesos (Php400,727.04) cgargeable against AMLC's FY 2025 budget under Item No. 26 of the AMLC Annual Procurement Plan for FY 2025.

INSTRUCTIONS TO SUPPLIERS

NOTE: Suppliers who do not comply with any of the requirements, including the use of the prescribed forms, in these Terms of Reference, shall be automatically disqualified.

Form of Quotation:

Suppliers are required to submit its Quotation using the Prescribed Form (See Page 7-10) by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
