Description : EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY FOR THE ONE (1) YEAR MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF THE INDEFEASIBLE RIGHT OF USE OF DICT FIBER OPTIC CABLE (FOC - 2 CORE) FOR GOVNET BUTUAN
1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 13, through the National Broadband Plan FY 2025 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 6,325,000.00). being the ABC to payments under the contract for DICT 13-2025-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 13 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
