ONE (1) YEAR DAILY SUPPLY OF PURIFIED DRINKING WATER WITH DISPENSERS FOR THE OFFICE OF THE OMBUDSMAN - CENTRAL OFFICE
• Purified water in 5-gallon capacity polyethylene plastic bottle which are properly cleaned and sealed
• Compliant with PNSDW (Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water) 2017 or Administrative Order No. 2017-0010 of the Department of Health
Other conditions:
• Delivery is from Monday to Friday and during working hours except when holiday falls on Friday or Monday, wherein the supplier can deliver on Saturdays.
• Supplier must ensure sufficient stock for consumption.
• Must be BFAD or DOH compliant.
• Source of water is Maynilad or Manila Water or LWUA (Local Water Utility Administration) registered concessionaire. Deep-well water will not be accepted.
