“One (1) Year Contract for the Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS) and Supply of Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories (All Service Vehicles of EMBXI) for CY 2025”

1. The DENR-Environmental Management Bureau - XI through the Regular Fund (RF) (P1,000,000.00) and Environmental Revolving Fund (ERF) (P800,000.00) intends to apply the sum of the following items with One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “One (1) Year Contract for the Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS) and Supply of Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories (All Service Vehicles of EMBXI) for CY 2025” with Contract ID Number EMBXI-PBD-2024-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
