1. The City Government of Dumaguete, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 8751-336-1(24) / Account Code: 1-07-05-080 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of One (1) Unit Brand New Tire Changer (Heavy Duty- Trucks) for the repair and maintenance of various tires of City Government Vehicles and Heavy Equipment, Dumaguete City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Dumaguete now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by the End-user within 60 working days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
