1. The PHILIPPINE TEXTILE RESEARCH INSTITUTE (PTRI), through the CY 2022 DOST-GIA Projects and DOST-PTRI Ci Project intends to apply the sum of TWENTY THREE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FORTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (Php23,649,240.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each of the following items:
