1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP494,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of Procurement of One (1) Lot Tires & Batteries Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
