1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Pesos (PhP236,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of One (1) lot Technical & Scientific Equipment (Mechanical Shaker) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
