Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR ONE (1) LOT PROCUREMENT OF TWO (2) YEARS RENTAL OF MULTI-FUNCTION PHOTOCOPYING MACHINES

1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Pesos (PhP3,924,000.00) or One Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Pesos (Php1,962,000.00) per year being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot Procurement of Two (2) Years Rental of Multi-Function Photocopying Machines (Identification No.: PR No. 11-06-240621). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. All bid prices are considered fixed and not subject to price escalation during contract implementation.

2. The PCSO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The project duration covering the leases/rental of multifunction copier machines in PCSO shall be for a period of two (2) years from the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
