I. SCOOPE OF WORK
1. Conduct of Pre-Implementation Meeting before the implementation proper of the project;
2. Mobilize materials, manpower, tools, equipment, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and temporary facilities;
3. Acquire necessary permits and/or clearances, if any;
4. Provide appropriate signage and cordoned the working area for safety purposes;
5. Re-terminate Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) High Voltage Cable;
a. Disconnect 13.8 Kilo-Volt (KV) high Voltage Power Supply from MERALCO;
b. Prepare of basket Truck, including the necessary manpower, tools, equipment, and Personal Protective equipment (PPE);
