The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB-CO), through the Continuing Appropriations
of General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY2024 intends to apply the sum of PhP2,998,000.00
being the ABC to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot Supply, Delivery, Installation,
Testing and Commissioning of Various Air Conditioning Units of the ERLSD Building (Re-
Bidding) per ITB No. EMB-GOODS- NCB-2025-0013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
