Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ONE (1) LOT SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF INTERACTIVE VIDEO WALL FOR DATA ANALYTICS CENTER PB 24-03-41

1. The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute-Central Experiment Station, through the 2024 Trust Fund Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱1,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB 24-03-41. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute-Central Experiment Station now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified in the Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
