Procurement Project/Brief Description: One (1) Lot - Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Operation and Maintenance of the BSP Content Management System Solution with Managed Audio-Visual System Support Services for a Period of Three (3) Years, as per BSP Terms of Reference and Service Level Agreement

Project Identification Number (PIN): BAC-HO GS No. 2025-0653

Approved Budget for the Contracts (ABC) for Three (3) Years: Php11,128,300.00, inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges

(Bids exceeding the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening, or during bid evaluation.)

Funding Source: BSP Corporate Fund: BSP Corporate Fund: Covered by a Multi-Year Contracting Authority. Appropriation of funds shall be done annually.
