The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB-CO), through the General Appropriations
Act (GAA) of FY2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP3,000,000 being the ABC to payments
under the contract for One (1) Lot Supply and Delivery of Serverside Security Software
Subscription for 1 Year per ITB No. EMB-GOODS- NCB-2025-0007. Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
