The National Food Authority (NFA) Central Office, through the approved 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE MILLION PESOS ONLY (PhP 369,000,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
