Description : INVITATION TO BID ON THE ONE (1) LOT SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES FOR RETROFITTING MAXIMIZATION OF MAIN TRANSFORMER UNIT,
WITH IDENTIFICATION NUMBER GS-P18-2025-04-22

1. The Bukidnon State University, through the FY 2025 (05-IGI-Main) Budget Approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-TWO PESOS (Php 1,337,672.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot Supply and Delivery of Electrical Supplies for Retrofitting Maximization of Main Transformer Unit with identification number GS-P19-2025-04-22. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bukidnon State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required by Sixty Calendar Days (60CD). Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years (April 22, 2023-April 22, 2025) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
