1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP170,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of Procurement of One (1) Lot Safety and Occupational Products. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
