1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (PhP299,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of Procurement of One (1) Lot Printing Services (Posters & Flyers) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
