TO ALL INTERESTED SUPPLIERS:

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) hereby invites legally capable suppliers to submit bids for a negotiated procurement for the PHIVOLCS- requirement for “One (1) lot Printing of Guide books for DepEd Elementary School Teachers and DepEd DRR Focal Persons“. The ABC is ₱220,000.00.

The opening of bids shall be on April 7, 2021, 1:30 PM at PHIVOLCS Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City.

In view of this bidding, PHIVOLCS reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any formalities/informalities therein and to accept such bids it may consider as most advantageous to PHIVOLCS and to the government as well.
