(Early Procurement Activities)

1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the COB CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 888,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under this Invitation to Bid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
