1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the proposed Corporate Operating Budget (COB) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Three Thousand Five Hundred Nine Pesos & 10/100 (Php6,903,509.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for the following projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
