1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the proposed Corporate Operating Budget (COB) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum Five Million Two Hundred Ninety Four Thousand (Php5,294,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for the following projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
