Prospective bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a similar project as defined in the BDS and a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, and meet the other minimum eligibility requirements stated in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
