1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Six and 27/100 Pesos (PhP6,602,676.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of One (1) Lot Manning Ship Management Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
