1. The PHILIPPINE CHILDREN-S MEDICAL CENTER (PCMC), through PCMC Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of financial proposal
